I loved spinning class and running but had to give it up this fall. Got off a flight to Sacramento when visiting my oldest daughter and ended up in ER. I am not a baby, as this was my third time in a hospital. So I have been walking, swimming, using the eliptical, weight training, and some very boring exercises prescribed to me by PT. Yesterday, I dropped in to a Yoga Class. OHHHH, how relaxing and soothing to my back.
