Watch out America…good things start in Columbus, Ohio

Just like Brio, White Castle, Wendy’s, The Limited, Bath and Body …good things start in Columbus, Ohio.  Chris Doody opened  Piada Italian Street Food in September, 2010.  Chris (Bravo, Brio and helped mother open Lindey’s) has created the Italian version of Chipotle.  When working with a Buyer (soon to be employed at The Ohio State University), we stopped at Piada for lunch.  Located just south of Lane Ave. Shopping Center, we both ordered a Pasta Bowl with fresh veggies of our choice and sauce.  We had to try a Piada Stick, rolled and baked bread, filled with pepperoni and dipped in parmesan sauce.  And did I mention Vino is served in this fast serve restaurant?  We learned that the next Piada will be opening in the Bexley area soon.  Oh, my buyer is soon to be a homeowner and treated me to lunch.  A good day, a fresh and enjoyable  lunch, a happy buyer, and a successful Realtor…all at Piada Italian Street Food.
