Life is good and very busy. Just got back from helping Emily make her new nest in Philadelphia…and the verdict is…She loves PA. Old buildings, green grass, beautiful trees, hills, and very, very old buildings with character…So leaving Scottdale…built in the last few years to Philadelphia, a very old city, was a good move. Since she will still be traveling back to Az. for business, it is not goodbye to the sunshine but hello to a winter wonderland. And did I mention, 1 hour to her mother and father and back in the same time zone.
No walk in closets, pantry, or separate laundry room, but a Gourmet Cup Cake store close by…and yes they know my name.
The Terrain in a HOME Store owned by Anthropology…great restaurant, cooking school, gift shop…plants…absolutely wonderful!
THE NEST…bar stools, $29 (we sprayed silver) end tables and desk were both bargains…New store in warehouse owned by four families…Worth a trip back in the car. This new warehouse store is so inexpensive…great items for under $10.00…yes, ten dollars.
Home for a few days…touching base with clients…service is the key no matter where I am! Most love my stories about my family…at least they act like they do. Just closed a house this week…giving the teen so many ideas for her lower level. She is going to enjoy entertaining her friends…dishwasher in the little kitchen area…my girls would have liked that!
NEXT DESTINATION: California
MISSION: MOB and MOH are helping BRIDE find THE DRESS!
We also going to visit the site of the wedding…Vineyard and Almond Farm with Mike’s family…great family! Very excited to see Andi’s backyard. Mike, the groom, has totally redone Andi’s backyard. I have only seen the progress via facetime…but it is looking beautiful. George is home alone this weekend…Happy Father’s Day! Hope the weather is good so he can enjoy this time alone on the golf course.
So glad that REMAX Affiliates now uses DOTLOOP….Electronic Signatures…I believe in Service but have reminded clients there is a 3 hour time change.
Enjoy your week!
