LOVED Spending a DAY with Family from Rhode Island…Found a little Cottage in Bexley, Ohio

I love…

Meeting people from all over the world
Learning about what brings them to Central Ohio, career, research, family, industry, government, change of jobs
Researching family needs, wants, and interests
Helping children review schools to help make the transition less stressful
Making suggestions for improving properties for listing or customizing a property to become a home
Negotiating
“Showing off our city”

BEST HOUSE EVER…at least in a long time. As a Realtor you see so many properties… always thought I would want to move all the time…the house we found yesterday…amazing little cottage in Bexley. We are talking 1,866 square feet and a little cellar that I can visualize as a wine tasting room. ADORABLE! All the finishing, remodeling…excellent job!

Kitchen was somewhat industrial but also extremely warm and functional…centrally located to the very open living areas.

Loved the furnishings…Eclectic was the style!

1,866 square feet!

1,866 square feet!

My client and I really didn’t want to leave…we kept taking photos, writing down notes, and noticing more details…so much better than watching HTV!

Owner’s suite was open to a sitting room, full bath, and garden in the back.

The upstairs included a loft, 2 bedrooms, and full bath. This property has the charm of 1928 house with the conveniences of today…2.5 baths, totally updated kitchen, 2 car garage and 7 minutes from my client’s work. What a find! Yes, all in 1,866 sq. feet.
