Pumpkin Cake…One of our favorite and has been Emiy’s Birthday Cake for Years…9×13 pan..350 for 25-30 minutes
Add ingredients in the order they are listed:
2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
2 c. pumpkin
2 t. vanilla Prepare pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350
Frosting: 8 oz.of Cream Cheese, 4 T. Butter, 3 c. powdered sugar, 1 t. vanilla…whip together and frost.
Chatting and cooking with Emily via Face Time…She added butterscotch cookie crumbs and frosting between 2 layer cake. Used 2 eight inch pans. So much fun baking long distance…all the clean up was too far for me to help.
Very entertaining…a cooking show I enjoyed…cooking, a little comedy, and lots of fun.
