This week’s episode is all about taking time to make potential buyers see the value in your product – which means showing them that you LOVED your Home!
To keep our oversized bathtub??? Eli, our grandson, is the only one that uses this tub when he visits. And yes we do have another bathtub, but not one with jets to help the ducks swim in a circle.
Decision is made…too late to change my mind now…..First of all we are not renovating our home to list on the market….if you have been following my blog, you will know I advise against such a big expense if you are ready to sell. George has shared this is our Pine Box House, a new term I learned from a contractor…not PB, Pottery Barn…but until death do us part. So this renovation is for us to enjoy for a few ..hoping many years. We designed our home with everything we need on the first floor and on a lot with an amazing view so downsizing is not our first choice at this time.
Remember the dark green tile…and yes we did have dark green carpet in bedroom. Green is my favorite color but enough is enough. I see it in so many properties that were built-in the early 90’s. Interesting to me is we are replacing the brass fixtures with a brushed brass color. Gold/brass is back. I prefer a mix of metals in décor so I am glad to see this return. Wait long enough and all comes back…platform shoes, minis, and the list could go on.
Hoping to keep more info. on my blog as the project goes on…and hoping not on and on and on.
Just sold another property in less than 36 hours. Sellers completed all the advice in my NO COST TIPS for Getting YOUR Home READY to LIST!
Beautiful 2 story, on cul-de-sac, with large lot, in Westerville will soon be coming to market. (43081, Spring Grove area)
